You can try these and see. And as I said, clearly \d isn't supported in the sed you are using, you would see that if you tried it
I have no idea what you mean for no letter beore it
or, any letter before or after the .
you should surround . with backquotes otherwise it is hard to see

sed "s/[ ]RT[ ]*/ /g" <--------- TEST IT, ECHO to it
I don't really know what you want it to do, but you have to test it
maybe you missed an @, maybe you should've said [ ]* I don't know. TEST IT
I don't understand why you even had to ask me regarding the : when you could have said echo : | sed "s/\d58//" and tested it
