First time I found one. (Left it on the tree, just took a photo.)

Took a small bunch of these, though. There were soooo many!

They are currently wilting in my kitchen, then they will take a little soak in some wine.

We tried a different direction for a little hike today. We’re blessed to live on what I jokingly call “borderlands”, which means different geological underground and different microclimate in a rather small area. That then leads to huge differences in flora and fauna.

Now I am pondering whether I should go back later this week and get some more woodruff. There are so many different recipes… (probably won’t, because I don’t have time)

@Tinkeringbell Hmm yeah I would not expect you to eat those.

They are supposed to add flavour to the chicken, probably.
