Some cooks dislike it when the chives start flowering. I am enough of a gardener to like it and confident enough as a cook to use them ;-)
I mean, the supply of savory flowers is limited after all.

Today I am baking a crusty white bread to go with the sausage and peppers I am planning for dinner. Never baked bread in a Dutch oven before so this is going to be a fun experiment
