Q: Is "vegetable base" a common term in English?

How do they refer to big roofed places, in which vegetables, having been brought from fields, are kept before being taken to various outlets to be sold? Oh well. I guess I'll just give up before I anger the vegans ;p

{“vegetable base” -better} : ~166k results. {“vegetable stock” -better} : ~2 million results. (minus better because it's a brand name)... NOT COMMON. NOT even if we're talking about soup instead of imaginary buildings.
