We did a bit of all-from-scratch cooking today, and I got help:
Fresh squid-ink pasta and lemon-garlic cuttlefish.
No pasta machine, so we diligently rolled (and rolled, and rolled...) by hand and cut with a knife.
Very proud of minor 1 who got the hang of wielding a rolling pin by now.
And who wasn’t the least bit squeamish when we cleaned the cuttlefish/calamari.
(Except when I cut through an eye, but I swear it was an accident!)
