@Cindy heh, I wonder if its more changes related to the planned responsive design or just more safari breakage
SE has been having a lot of trouble with the latter

@JourneymanGeek We may never know. Update, though. Still no rep or badges but can upvote questions again.

@Cascabel Are you around?
I'd like to get rid of those thumbnails of sites I visit on Google. Can I do that without deleting my history? (in Chrome)
Cascabel
You could just entirely replace the new tab page
I don't know of any way to change the existing one.

I personally rather like this one
chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/earth-view-from-google-ea/…
rumtscho
@Cascabel it's so tasty, it deserves that many questions.
Also, custards are tricky. Especially if the idea of using a thermometer in the kitchen is entirely foreign to you.
Catija
I think it's all about getting the topping done correctly.
rumtscho
@Catija I could eat it without the topping too. I just love rich creamy custard.
Catija
I'd probably like it better without the topping. I'm not a huge fan of burned sugar.
rumtscho
Then make it that way!
I am actually also a fan of caramel, so for me the combination is great too
I also have an orange flavored recipe which I enjoy
Not so much recently, since it includes Grand Marnier for taste. But I sometimes still make it, witih only orange zest, without alcohol.

I've never made them at all :P
They fill the same niche as flan in my book... and it really doesn't do much for me
rumtscho
The world would be boring if everybody had the same favorites
Catija
Indeed :D
As long as everyone likes mac & cheese, we're good.
rumtscho
ummm....
Catija
NOOOOOOOoooo!!! ;)
rumtscho
If this were a cartoon, you'd see me looking in the other direction and whistling.
I can eat it, but I am not really part of the fan base.
Catija
5:01 PM
:( It's OK.
I figured that it'd be a difficult one for you, with all the salt in the cheese.
rumtscho
Ah, I still remember the taste of salty stuff. And would still love to be able to eat some of it.
I guess it is a matter of being accustomed to other things as comfort food. Mac and cheese is very american.
Catija
5:14 PM
That is quite true.
