Your 4. seems (to me :-) ) to be erroneous.
It informs your question "So my question is, why we use the classical properties of infinity where ∞+n=∞+k
which are less precise and causes loss of information?".
I suggest that if that construict does NOT lose information then the emperor, and your infinity as well, has no clothes on :-)
