I have forgotten which sutra was it. But it says way to procced for 24 hours meditation. (First same hours as relaxation and then relaxation hours are reduced.... Something like this. Please tell me which was it.

How can egg be a nonvegetarian food if milk taken from cow is vegetarian? If the life in yolk in egg is dormant and the seeds in the vegetables are also dormant, how can taking egg be sinful?
