I mean, hacking is easy when all your doing is stealing passwords. Sofar thats all this "hacker" has done ...
- Step1: Steal peoples passwords
- Step2: Log in w/ Stolen passwords and attempt to steal more passwords
- Step3: Brag about being a Uber Teh Leet Haxor ... cause you stole some paswords
- Step4: goto step1
whats is surprising about all this is the complete and total lack of 2FA on any of this shit

I think a surprising number of technical people do not use 2FA
IIRC, NMP and Github got some pushback when they started requiring 2FA for popular projects

Im sure the other problem at play is people are using the same username/password on multiple sites ... which is allowing this guy to pivot
