@nobody I'm sure there is a meta.SE one that has some good guidelines, but I think @schroeder covered it well. My view: It's not good to make a single spelling fix, but if there are loads then fix them all; Don't change US to UK spelling or vice-versa; Don't do loads at once - that fills the front page; Don't bother resurrecting really old posts with accepted answers without good reason etc

@RoryAlsop Yes, but some high-rep users were accepting lots of edits that were just removing thanks, so I decided to ask on meta to make sure.
