TL;DR - you cannot wear a bikini on stream. However, there are no rules against going to the beach and wearing one for example. So, to game this system women are bathing in their house or outside (in hot tubs for example) so they can show a lot of skin, including cleavage while remaining under the guidelines.

As someone who has been on Twitch since Justin TV, I very much do not like the way that platform has gone.

I've not liked it for a long time.

Unfortunately, Twitch is by far the biggest platform and to be honest, it has the best content on it by a longshot.
