bitcoin isn't even close to profitable on a GPU
monero either...
there are a lot of shitcoins that can be mined, but they are mined by the average Joe with their own GPUs, not by a company with the entire state inventory of GPUs on a warehouse

I meant that PoS miners will work in parallel with PoW miners, they will not replace them. As long as PoW can generate some profit (even if less than PoS), they will be used.
