@RoryAlsop Sorry for the last time. I was far more antagonistic as I should have to. However, check this query! Using the tag counts, I estimated the probability of finding a job/project with a tech learned in YearX on the job market of YearY.
@RoryAlsop As a side-effect, it also shows a time constant of the technology shifts in the IT to around 7-8 years. It takes around a minute on the SO, on all other sites it runs in a spot.
