Anybody else having an issue with not being able to change their Twitter handle?

Everytime I try, it asks me to accept the new privacy shit, I press accept and it just loops back to the settings page and doesn't change anything. WaduHek.

At one point in time I found a sight that provided reports on the most commonly used SSL cipher suites. I THOUGHT it was SSL Labs (ssllabs.com/ssl-pulse) but I can't seem to find it anymore. Anyone have any ideas where that data is available?
