I suspect that someone has scrolled through my questions/answers and serially downvoted me, for opinions they have that disagree with mine. From what I gather about SE rules, this is either borderline against eh rules, or flat out against the rules. As far as I can tell, it's 4 downvotes across Q&As. I've had several discussions with this person, and they provide little-to-no evidence for their opinion, yet insists that it's fact.

4 downvotes may not be a lot in the grand schem of things, but it's a good bit at my rep level

what can/should I do about this?
