I'll throw my opinion, since that's what people usually do with opinions.
I have no problem with that ad, but I find the voting process more interesting.
As the question goes, the rules are clear: the text gives guidance on what a good ad should be, and "the community" decides, through voting.
The community has voted. Let the community assume the consequences.
