Q: ECIES implementation (new to crypto)

Steve ehfairly new to crypto , trying to implement ECIES on my own, hoping someone can review it and point out any issues. https://github.com/steveMcMann/ECIES

First of all, it's pretty low-quality… but more important is that it clashes into two of our close reasons as well:
1. "Requests for analyzing ciphertext or reviewing full cryptographic designs are off-topic, as the results are rarely useful to anyone else and/or would be too long for this site."
2. "Programming questions are off-topic even if you are writing or debugging cryptographic code. Unless your question is specifically about how the cryptographic algorithm or protocol works, you should look into asking on Stack Overflow instead."
TL;DR --- By migrating such Qs you are neither doing the asker a favor, nor Crypto.SE users. Thanks for understanding.

@Anders No harm done… what I wrote was merely meant to be a heads-up. Besides, my history shows I did my fair share of non-optimal migrations towards Security.SE in the past. So, I wouldn’t have the right to step on a soapbox in the first place. ;)
