@FrankLuke Yes I did not refer to only these two chaps, I refered to many and gave example of former Christians , But there are examples of Christians who don't consider it to be word of God
e.g The Christian mod of History.se does not even believe that the NT is a valid historical record and he himself cites the works of Bart. He is honest enough to accept it.

@Islam That's a bit of a false dilemma, is it not? If you do not accept criticism that invalidates your view, you must be dishonest. But that ignores the case when the criticism either is false or fails to invalidate your view. Dr. Ehrman's work implies far more than it actually can prove. We can accept part of his criticism without accepting all of it.
