It's always weird to see conservatives say things like "if a boy plays with dolls, liberals will label him as a girl", given that conservatives are primarily the ones labelling things as "for boys" and "for girls", while questioning the gender of anyone doing anything outside of what's been assigned to their gender. Pro-trans people are the same people who are fine with boys playing will dolls, if they want (and them still being boys if they do).

The implication that pro-trans people will try to fit you strictly into a boy or girl box is even more odd, considering that a trans person can be non-binary or genderfluid, and any gender-affirming steps varies greatly from one person to the next, based on what each individual needs.

And it plays into the "they're coming for our kids" fear-mongering that's all so common, even though many or most trans people will tell you how they've had to go through years of actively trying to convince other people that they are in fact trans, so they can access treatment.
