@T.Sar yep, this concept is just messed up in so many ways. OP can rationalise all he/she likes, but really should go and seek help rather than involve others in their fantasies.

There is another culture with the same genetics that doesn't exterminate women or use reincarnation. It has been shown in worldbuilding.stackexchange.com/a/233885 that the population of lilim and women could still be stable.
@Kilisi The whole point of this scenario is to provide the main characters a problem so bad that they feel that they must act to solve it, rather than just leaving that society to itsself. Since the MCs are gods, it has to be a god-level problem.
@T.Sar What exactly do you mean by 300-year-old lolis?
@GregMartin It's actually only a very small part of a larger story, and if it receives too much negativity from the test audience, it'll be easy to remove or replace.
The answer to this question will literally be used in a single sentence spoken by a minor character describing one of her previous incarnations, and saying why reincarnation is so bad that she opted out of it and needed years of therapy.

@MontyWild some folks wanted to play as or have partners that are we colloquially call a "300 year loli" - a child character that, by merits of some reason - race, magic, surgical intervention - is "old" enough to not be a minor, while still having the body and mind of a child.
Those characters are banned in most circles, mine included.
@KarlKnechtel qAnon is a thing.

I fail to see the relevance of the observation.
