There are two problems I see here:
1. It is highly unlikely that we could find a way to mass-produce any such advanced material cheaply. If you look around in our world, mass-produced materials usually require highly tuned manufacturing technologies that took decades to develop, and also often rely on even more advanced materials. Concrete is a good example, it's easy to make in principle but making GOOD concrete needs not just machinery and very specialised knowledge of material science and engineering, but also a lot of process (what testing regime to use for example).
