Q: How many rotations of a circle would it take to return to its original position given you only move certain locations and adjust them each time?

Mara WhySay you have a circle with any number of spots on it (i.e 7), numbered 1-7. You have certain positions on this circle that you'd move each time. For example they could be 1, 3, 6, and 7. Then, you'd move 7 to 1's spot, 1 to 3's spot, 3 to 6's spot, and 6 to 7's spot. The circle would then be: 7 2...

For the C4, I've been thinking that "After end of stream [=M], typically '72hrs' takes three [=MIDNIGHTS]" could be IDNIGHTS, and then there's some wordplay indicated by "prior drugs" to get to KNIGHTS for "they play around in Las Vegas". But that "prior drugs" thing seems very unlikely, so probably not.

@msh210 I was thinking that "72hrs takes three" could be NIGHTS and that drugs could be K but then you have to completely ignore the end of stream bit

Q: Do Langford squares exist?
