Q: Is this a puzzle? If so, what is the solution?

BoltKeyIn the 2032th xkcd comic, Cueball says a sentence that may (and probably does) contain a word puzzle. The title text (which may or may not contain a puzzle) says: Eno's storied aria was once soloed by Judge Lance Ito on the alto oboe at Ohio's AirAsia Arena. Can anyone figure this out?

2:29 AM
@GarethMcCaughan You are correct. I haven't had a chance to re-examine the clue, but it certainly is possible that I missed an I. I checked it over several times, but with it being so long, it's easy to make a mistake.
Whoops. That was directed at @Level51

A: Do "prefix-suffix-infix" riddles deserve their own tag?

AlconjaRight now... I think it's way too early to go creating a new tag. Popular puzzles with a relatively simple construction frequently spawn a wave of similar "inspired by" puzzles. The majority of times this wave dies down naturally after a couple of days/weeks. So prematurely creating a new tag fo...
