I get the intended audience may be kids, still 1:30h for the full game seems a little short considering they still ask you 45$....

as for the "short" factor, I guess that it could be appropriate in some edge cases, but by now you expect the average game to be longer.

the Toki remake probably can be completed in 30 minutes.. but that is a budget cost game remake of an old arcade cabinet game

it is more of a nostalgia thing.

the collector edition even had a themed Switch stand.

yeah but some old games were also insufferably long arcade games too

ones that were long and difficult to get you to spend quarters XD

first time you finish Ghost & Goblin (already hard) you are told that you can access the final boss only if you have a specific weapon (that obviously you can't find the first time you play thru the game).

Then you are sent to the first level again.

And... it is harder.

And.. if you can't get the weapon on the second run either... IF my memory servers right you are sent back to the start of the last level this time.
