Is tapas.io predominantly queer? I opened a comic there (SlugWorld, a comic about slugs) from a random link on topwebcomics, and something like 3 out of the 5 recommended comics were very obviously queer. I opened a fourth one that seemed interesting, and it turned out to be very queer. (Then I binged it because it was interesting.)

It's curious because the only comic I remember reading there was Fangs, which is not queer, which makes me think the "recommended for you" section is just a sample of what's popular on tapas anyway.

I see nothing in tapas's site or interviews to suggest they have a stated goal of prioritizing queer creators or queer content.

But creative spaces that don't stigmatize queer content (like requiring that queer relationships be tagged NSFW regardless of actual explicitness) are rare enough that a space which normalizes queer content will often attract queer creators and their enthusiastic audiences in numbers which may make the space more queer than its hosts set out for it to be.

@Carcer Anecdotal, but I came here initially for non-D&D stuff, and the Q&A-ness was a major selling point as it allowed finding some finalised answers (as opposed to, say, fora, where an answer is something for which you often need to dig through the whole thread, and there is no guarantee that it's even there).

What's the room's attitude toward virus-related topics? I read something interesting related to vaccines but I don't want to stress anyone if this is a trigger.
