But if that's all I say then while I'm nominally not asking about star wars in practice I'm speculating about Star Wars. With your critters, while you say "It's my world", your not asking about your version of Mi-Go you're asking about Lovecrafts. If they're yours you need to decide how to resolve the ambiguities in the various Lovecraft descriptions. Those decisions aren't ones you can really ask about here.

Every choice is equally valid. If I want to have a thing in my world called "Tolkien's dragon" when in actuality it's a stump in someone's backyard that's my prerogative as a worldbuilder. All this is in addition to how broad, and fishing for ideas your ask was.
