@ACuriousMind Good evening. Now is it more clear my question? Thanks for any suggestions.

IMPEACH MANISH!
now seriously, I hope my "maybe we should start thinking whether it makes sense he's still a moderator" doesn't come off as unappreciative or something like that
anyway, I'm not sure how I feel about this:
this definitely doesn't seem to be a healthy attitude
I could agree with some of the "Leave open"s
but 16/20 is very clearly an outlier
one that bothers me particularly is physics.stackexchange.com/review/close/220126

@AccidentalFourierTransform If you notice review behaviour that does not seem to fall within the standard range of opinions (or, worse, is clearly destructive in nature) you can raise a custom mod flag on any of the reviewed posts and we'll look into it.

the question is very clearly a duplicate, and it spent around four days on the NHQ
I dont understand why people didnt vote to close that one
@ACuriousMind yeah well, I assumed I would find you guys here

(Not that it's particularly likely that we'll do anything about it but it's not completely impossible either)

@ACuriousMind why not?
what's the course of action here?

@AccidentalFourierTransform Well, I prefer flags (maybe in addition to this) because they leave a better internal paper trail than chat messages

reviewer does a bad job -- what can we do about it?

@AccidentalFourierTransform In general, since review is an extension of voting, users have rather large leeway in how they review. In cases where it is evident that the reviewer is not acting in good faith, we can ban the reviewer from using the review queues at all, but historically the threshold of bad behaviour for us to consider that has been rather high.

I see
I guess I'll keep an eye on this user
and try to "undo" bad reviews
