@labreuer - Indeed. It doesn't matter whether physicalism is true; it's not functional for social science (yet, anyway), but we still manage to sometimes study things. But, alas, our track record at producing lasting knowledge is not so good there. It's not useless, but it does provoke one to look with envy on the physical sciences.
