Hi all, would it be on-topic a question asking for references on mathematical and computational linguistics? I want to ask as a physicist and mathematician who knows nearly nothing about linguistics (at least Chomsky's early papers, because I studied those when I was studying math) and who is looking for good references on this topics (something beyond basic introductions on math/logic and basic programming oriented towards students of linguistics, which is what I've found so far).
