@YaakovEllis At this page, by hovering your mouse over the text that say "2 days ago", you can see that in UTC, all 14 of my answers were posted on 28 December 2021. Out of these 14 answers (all posted on 28 December in UTC),
10 of them got upvotes on 28 December in UTC, which can also be verified by going here and hovering your mouse over the times when my reputation increased.

@user1271772 what does one day mean in the context of the rep-hunter? It says "Tip: Write 10 positively-scored answers on open questions in one day." ... does it mean 24 hours (one day) or must it be done in your own timezone +24h? or from UTC +24h... Is it triggered on answers, or on answers on questions which are within any of those 24 hours frame? Sounds like a semi-secret hat to me :)

@Vickel the funny thing is that all 14 of my answers were within 24 hours, as you can see here and they were also all on the same day in UTC (which is what @YaakovEllis asked me to confirm).

@user1271772 maybe the Q were not?

@YaakovEllis Is it for discarding a question draft? Like rubber ducky in previous years.
@cairdcoinheringaahing wow, how did you get E-pic
Now 2 people got helping heart

Huh, I just got the E-pic hat
in The Nineteenth Byte, 30 mins ago, by caird coinheringaahing
No idea how
Maybe post at exactly 00:00UTC?

@U12-Forward how do you figure out who has a specific hat, like helping heart?
@Vickel If the questions all had to be written on the same day, then I'll complain that the instructions for getting the hat were wrong/misleading! hahaha

1:02 AM
@cairdcoinheringaahing I checked this, it's most likely not the case

@cairdcoinheringaahing Nope, Bubbler has posted at around 00:00UTC most days in December, doesn't have it

@user1271772 you have another +- 5 days to do so, but don't count on any service during the new years weekend :)

1:16 AM
@cairdcoinheringaahing Very strange...

2:06 AM
@U12-Forward How do you know that 2 people got helping heart?

14 hours later…

We really need some sort of time stamp on the hats. I received Spotting Scope overnight, and don't know what to think of it now.
Can somebody write a userscript for this? Record the time when a new hat is received and store it in localStorage or something?

4:44 PM
@nobody It is for 10 helpful flags @cin-cout can confirm...

@Wolgwang I don't have ten helpful flags though.

@nobody 10 successful CV/DV
?

@Slate 10 successful flags?
Dec 21 at 4:59, by Slate
You are still on the right track

@Wolgwang What counts as a successful CV? Are migrations included?

@nobody Do you have to vote for that?

Yes

4:58 PM
@nobody Then yes IMO

So raising 10 successful flags... any variation of numbers of flags will work? Like 15 or something?
Dec 21 at 5:01, by CinCout
no less no more
I got it on MSE today...

5:14 PM
It's definitely not 10 successful flags, I got it 2 days ago on CGCC and have only raised 6 during WB. But, counting successful CV/RO votes (the post goes on to be closed, or reopened) as successful flags, then it could be (I have cast 4 CVs and 1 VTRO on CGCC in WB)

I have like 14 successful CVs on infosec (unless a successful close vote only counts if you choose the same close reason as the majority, in which case I have no way to verify.)

@cairdcoinheringaahing Yeah

I'm looking at half a dozen posts that seem to have given E-pic, and I can't find a single correlation between them (apart from the fact that they all have positive scores).

5:32 PM
@nobody I think it is get x upvotes in y minutes........

First answer before first upvote seems plausible

@cairdcoinheringaahing I have at least seen two users with that hat and no answer.

5:52 PM
@Wolgwang That should be easy to test. Wait for a new user to ask a question and upvote it instantly.
You only need one upvote if that is the case. (Proof: apple.stackexchange.com/questions/433692)

@nobody Negative :-/

E-pic - y'all are going to have to think a bit out of the box on this one

6:34 PM
Quadalogue: A asks a positive score question, B answer the question, A and C comment under the answer, and B edis the question.
Or
Quadalogue: A asks a positive score question, B answer the question, A and C comment under the answer, and B edis the question and comment under the answer.

@Wolgwang why are you sending me that profile?

@user1271772 User with helping heart. @U12-Forward had most probably seen this user...

How would one know which user to look at? You just randomly stumble on the one profile out of a million, that has the hat? How did you know when Tyberius got 3 burried pennies?

@user1271772 Browsing first few pages on sites leaderboard...and the hats are sorted according to rarity.

@Wolgwang that makes sense!
