Moreover, it’s pretty aggressive to start with a different assumption from another answer and then claim that the answer is wrong as a result. The question isn’t about human randomness, it’s about how to think about joint probabilities. If you want to bring “convention” into it, then certainly the convention is that random numbers are uniformly random unless otherwise specified.
