Vout gives 3.28 V and 92mA but I need a 3.3V 180mA to Esp01 work I'm guessing you have no clue how this works. You should not be bothered about the 92 mA vs 180 mA. What matters is the voltage. You get 3.29 V, that's more than close enough to the 3.3 V. So the LM1117 us working fine.
The current (92 mA or 180 mA) is determined by the load, which is the ESP module. The ESP module will take the current it needs. Obviously that current is only 92 mA. That is nothing to worry about. You DO NOT NEED to increase the current capability of the LM1117 (like I said all along).
When Vout = 3.3 V (or 3.29 V) then the ESP should just work. If it does not, you're not using it correctly or the module is broken.
