@FranckDernoncourt When traveling, I always recommend keeping one's home pharmacist's phone number handy. Even if they don't speak the language common where you are traveling, they will be able to communicate effectively with you and, hopefully, know your medication/health history. Asking someone you know for help is often easier than asking someone in a foreign language for help. That said, preparation is key...
and learning the different medication names before you leave (which is the basis of your excellent question) is paramount.
