No obvious pattern, except all were in Perl tag (not surprising, that's where I mostly answer);all weren't high-scoring (1 or 0 votes before the DVs) and all were NOT recent, Jul 2013; 1/1/2014 and 1/12/2014
the first one is the outlier; the other 2 I could have written off on someone downvoting answers from January. But same-time downvote on 2013 post is strange.
