@fredsbend : My wife was hurt by the Cc too, left & never returned. I've been trying to get this across to you, q/o following Jesus' directions we cannot SEE God or His Kindom, period. Poor Nicodemus, the very religious Pharisee leader saw something was different about Jesus but he couldn't understand what it was. Nic had been taught through the Pharisee's human ideas as to how they thought 1 should serve God but Jesus knew his problem & went to issue of His directions,

Many cannot seem to grasp (including many professed "Christians") is that if the Jewish people cannot unveil the Ot w/o Jesus then neither can ALL Gentiles. This is a major problem in many churches today. They do not realize that they can't do any better than Nic & the Pharisees (the Cc & others are doing what the Pharisees practiced & don't even know it). Again, w/o following Jesus' direvtions we won't be able to see God & His Kingdom no matter what we do.

We can keep wandering around in the Spiritual desert or we can drop our wrong approach & ways & learn how to & follow Jesus' directions. Thats what I did & something incredible happened to me. It changed my life forever better than anything else no matter what I go through. 1 day I had no money & was standing on a corner wondering what to do. Right then a Bently died. The drive got out, handed me $12 & asked me to watch his car so he could call a tow truck. Another time I wanted to go to school

but didn't know what I should go to school for. Not long after I found several brand new textbooks. Turned out they were the very books I needed at the school I was to attend. When I met my wife I knew almost right away that she was the 1. I hadn't even wanted to meet anyone that 1st night. The point is that those who come to Jesus His way by His directions. Job had everything taken away but b/c he put his faith in God, God rewarded him in ths end. He can do the same for you & anyone who turns

to Him by His directions. The sentence above starting with, "The point is...I left out -will be rewarded sooner or later."

One day I asked Jesus to please remove the manager (a really bad one) for my building. A short time later I felt like something heavy had been removed from my shoulders. A few days later all the tenants got a letter stating that the manger was fired & that the building was now under new management. 1 day I was riding on a highway & these guys kept cutting us off. I looked back & they were raising their beers & laughing. Then they went to turn off. They didn't see a 45 ft dump truck turning on to

the same ramp & they got squeezed btwn the truck & the guardrail. They weren't laughing anymore. God intervenes at times of His own choosing for those that are His. Why would He bother for most people? Most of them don't want His help &/or they do not want to know the right way to come to His Son so they can have their eyes opened to see what is the right way to find & personally know God as He intended. Again, we can't find God by our own ways. Many ways SEEM right but its end is death.
