@Vincent I truly don't think so. Imagine the possibilities we have without AI already and how poor clients are at doing stuff themselves. Just understanding file formats etc. Designers will have to embrace AI and become better than clients to know how to use it - and when not to use it.

But I do fear the near future a bit nonetheless. Because I have this prepress role at my job where I check, fix and help with clients' PDFs. I fear some clients will only get half the way with AI and then want to hire me to fix the problems.

And I fear we will see a lot of graphic design that'll look professional at first glance but lack aesthetic judgment and consistency.

Like with WordArt, drop shadows and clip art in the beginning of the digital revolution.
