@Wolff busy we are entering the last stretch of the semester and its always a bit painful

@joojaa Because all the students needs help to finish projects for exams?

@Wolff apart of architects im told the average art and design school sudent will have one (1) exam in their entire masters (sic)

Essentially one can not fail art school, or indeed any class thereof either

@joojaa Aha? Sounds a bit strange. I thought there was an ongoing effort to transform art schools so they become more like other academic studies. There has been here at least.

@Wolff depends on department. But the thing is you can only actually do that if you have the resources to make people redo a failed course. And suddenly your class size icreases by a 1/3

@joojaa Yeah well ... money of course. It can seem like not having exams is a nice thing to do, but it's not so nice to wait 5 years before telling a student that they aren't fit for the trade.
