@AsafKaragila is that most? isn't the participation on meta (from math.SE) included? if I were to say, i'd give an 8 or 8.5 for your frequent, and very well received (10), participation: Moderating or helping others.
But of course, it's just what I see from what's visible on meta. I've not checked numbers to be more precise ha!
@VerĂ³nica I can only speak to my experience on MSE, where the vast majority of the work is behind the scenes.
Of course, the behind-the-scene work is going to be very different between a site as large as MSE and a site as small as MO. It's the difference between being a policeman in a big city vs. a small town.
@Stefan I'm sorry for hijacking the comments under your answer, I know full well how annoying it can be when these things happen. My question, if you got to see it, was sincere, though.
I think the meta-posts on collecting Q&A for candidates and on collecting suggestions for nominations should be un-featured and closed (and quite possibly even locked) now that nominations are closed and the voting is underway.
Another possibility would be to ping Catija. (She has a diamond and she is present in this room. Unless I missed somebody, no MO mods are not pingable in this room.)

Maybe the reason that nobody pinged her is a sign that we're rather indecisive. Although, I am not really sure about that.
@AsafKaragila by how much, approximately, is the difference of work? Say, the work visible on meta is 10% and 90% is the work behind the scenes? or is more like 40% and 60%?
@VerĂ³nica That really depends on each moderator's level of participation, as well as different time of year, how active is meta, etc. For MSE, at least for me, I'd say it's about 90-10 division.
@MartinSleziak Would it be possible for you to run an SEDE query to somehow quantify the frequency with which the candidates visit the site? I know my user page has a little 'X consecutive days visited', which could serve as a rough metric if we looked at max consecutive days or an average of all consecutive day lengths. If so thank you in advance!
