Lae has gotten a lot of spotlight mostly because he's the most social-able character - Ink doesn't speak Common and Astrid is shy :p so sometimes I try to find a way to scoot spotlight to you guys

For the zoo, I am considering making a map and giving it here, then declaring it's a bit out of date - so if you want an animal to be there, it will be, just in an exhibit that hasn't been updated on the map. Also more detailed combat-maps of anywhere that is involved in the Evil Plan, in case your counter-plan involves poking.

Sorry - What I meant was... I played in a different game which was "Starfinder" (the sci-fi version of Pathfinder) and I made my own race using the standard ones as a template. That race had no issue with gender either, because they could change apparent gender at will (albeit not instantaneously).

why are we all looking to the right

my favorite part of changeling lore are that sometimes changelings have lived multiple previous lives, as a variety of races and genders. so you could meet a so-called "passer" changeling who is on their fifth or sixth identity. but other changelings embrace their true form and live as their true alien-looking selves. so within the race there is a bunch of of neat decisions about what kind of changeling you are.

They are mercenaries-for-hire, but they don't like work for evil dudes, mostly they will sneak around for you and stop other guys from doing "evil" stuff. Their bread-and-butter jobs, being in the capital, are rival nobles hiring them to do the sneaky-sneaky for information.

They have a policy of only poking the other people if there are no other options, because murder is conspicuous

Though everyone knows what they do, no-one wants to be explicitly connected as hiring them because that would be admitting you a) are doing the sneaky-sneaky and b) need other people to do it for you

I am thinking that... well... they were following travelling carnivals and so forth, because there is a lot of "stuff" left behind those. Perhaps accidentally stumbling into a mission, and helping out the ninjas even though they didn't know that's what they were doing at first. Scraps tends to be unobtrusive, unless something triggers them into anger at which point ->RAGE<- and perhaps that was accidentally also helpful.

They can offer any agents who don't have a stable place of their own a bed to crash in and food on the table, if you care about that.

I am thinking that hurting "da burdies an' da fishies an' da skwirls" is bad for Scraps's anger management.
