Well, I said I would go attention-free. It's about time that I did. I'll see if this fixes anything. Probably will ask again after a week or so.

@Luyw Depends on how the switch is configured. Unmanaged switch? Yes, they'll be on the same subnet as the port they're plugged into on the router. The Router routes between subnets, and can have mutliple subnets per port, or a different subnet on each port, or they can all share the same subnet. There are also Layer 3 Switches that will route and VLAN, creating or accessing different subnets
