Even if it WAS the car's fault, it's still 8 times safer than having a human in charge, and that's in beta testing vehicles

Mind you Tesla are claiming their existing non-LIDAR equipped cars will become self-driving capable with computer and software upgrades (no hardware/sensor upgrades needed) so I know at least some companies are trying to do the self-driving thing without dedicated RADAR or LIDAR sensors

And the instant your "unlimited" allowance gets silently removed, they start charging you per megabyte overage charges at the out-of-allowance rate (again, without warning) and since their system takes 15+ minutes to update, its literally impossible for you to know even if you check your allowance page every second. If you even knew to begin with that's the only way to know.

they'd have to release after Ubuntu to be able to ship a released, tested and supported version of WSL targeting the latest Ubuntu release, anyway, since an Ubuntu distribution upgrade can introduce calls to arbitrary new kernel APIs or behaviors that could cause WSL to break

sure, they can run Ubuntu betas during prerelease of Windows, but Ubuntu could break compatibility with WSL with a last minute breaking change 3 nanoseconds before releasing the final Ubuntu image

@allquixotic Why not? The word "coincident" was invented because they do happen. Also, the Linux distro is distributed through Windows Store, so no, they don't have to. They can fix it a la rolling release.
