you install your 1080, and then I'll buy you the entry level package to get into the Star Citizen Persistent Test Universe or "Baby PU" (the game as it currently stands), and then you let it download while you sleep for like 2-3 nights, and next weekend if you have time we'll play :P

the two of us 1080s will rock Star Citizen

we'll be in the minority that doesn't have unplayable lag :D

because seriously, everyone not running a Pascal is basically fucked as far as playing Star Citizen at high fps

So right now one of my two S4's is "fixed" to the state that it never produces any faults if the top 4 screws aren't tightened

I now have two S4 mainboards with "Sim card removed" bugs. AFAIK bad solder bumps on one of the power management ICs

My amateurish flamethrower reflowing I did last week sorta fixed one half of the bad bumps but not the other half

Flatmate with the thermal camera and heat gun is getting back tonight so I should be able to do proper reflowing tomorrow

Well that's improved. It used to be just a network server that was accessed via a GUI on another machine.

But now there's a standalone self-booting GUI it seems. I used to just run it off WinPE (yes it's portable, no drivers or install required)

I think the trial/free version can clone shit without restriction tbh

Free version limits file recovery to 64KB or 1MB or something but will image anything
