Q: Did the Temperance Movement affect the illegalization of cannabis?

A. KvåleConsidering cannabis was being illegalized in many states during the time the Temperance Movement succeeded in their prohibition of alcohol, it seems likely to me that they had some role in it? If they did, could you point to any of these instances?

@GratefulDisciple for my money, the Greek Orthodox were a little bit right in giving the RC a bit of stick for getting too scholastic. They still focus a lot on the experiential and subjective. But I am getting a bit out of my depth here. It's not either or.
