Q: Jesus and the Pharisees, Matthew 12:24

JohannesIf the accusations of the Pharisees against Jesus are put to a logical test they turn into a fallacy in Matthew 12:24. This is why I would love to hear the input of you guys. Matthew 12:24- 27: But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “Only by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons,” does thi...

@DJClayworth Did you just get a rash of votes off that old Skeptics question about Muhammad too? It must have gotten linked from somewhere but I can't figure out where.
@Nathaniel The surprising thing is I'm only down by ½ your count and I haven't even been trying. I almost made it the first week with no hats. About the only thing I have going for me now is that my dragon liked the bacon so much he now spews pink fire (but he has a mild mannered in the closet for respectable company).

Don't know why I'm getting upvotes for that. It's not even a relevant answer any more.

@Caleb It says modified today, so someone must have posted an answer which has been deleted.
My guess would be a bad pro-Islam answer which then made your answers look even better by comparison

@curiousdannii Oh, I only looked at the edit dates on the post itself I didn't see that it was on the homepage with a date that wasn't part of any of the posts I was looking at. That does explain it, thanks.
Now I'm curious, but I don't have 10k to see what it was.
@DJClayworth Up until a few minutes ago your answer had more votes than mine so it was ranked at the top. You had a huge head start on me and I think most people were upvoting both answers if any at all so it took a long time to catch up. I think since the order switched now you'll see a lot fewer votes going forward. Sorry about that ;-)
I guess you have 10k there , you should be able to see what the deleted answer was that brought this back to the home page.

@Caleb It's too bad we don't have more dragons in the wild to see if the bacon-pink fire connection generally occurs. I don't recall any of Tolkien's dragons ever eating bacon :)
On another note – I pulled the "visits" data for the site, by month, from Quantcast, and pasted them here. Not sure if that's helpful to you as you are investigating.

@Nathaniel Thanks, but I have access to the analytics in the mod toolkit which are a bit easier to interpret and collate with other things than off-site ones.
Aaaaand... I now have my first down vote on that Skeptics answer. I'm only surprised it took 3 years to happen.

@Caleb Cool. I'm definitely looking forward to hitting 25k.

@Nathaniel You're not so far away.

6.1k... hopefully sometime in 2017 :)
