True, I could have specified a language (Python programmers') for even more misdirection :D

In case anyone is interested in the creation process, I'll put it here.

First I decided that the final answer was RISK, because that's a short name and I thought it would be comparatively easier to build a puzzle around

Then I panicked over whether the movies would be clued well enough with only three answers (since there are a lot of movies), so I limited the movies to those which started with "the"

Then I chose The Incredible Hulk because I love the MCU and wanted to include something from it, and The Karate Kid because I had watched it recently.

Then I Googled "movies that start with R", found a nice article that listed a bunch, and chose The Right Stuff on the basis of "hmm, I've heard about that before"

Using the same method I got The Shining, but here I recognized it as "that horror movie from the Ready Player One movie"

The clue words for I and S were easy (I knew the movies), but the other ones I got from browsing the relevant Wikipedia pages

Finally, I just made the cryptic clues, asked Deus for feedback, and iterated from there
