FYI @MaxVernon @Johnakahot2use @RandiVertongen You should also read the Moderator Agreement and all the linked policies including the Moderator Agreement policies listed on main meta.

@PaulWhite Was this added after the Monica situation or has it been there all along?

There is such a big backlog of things to read in meta and other places I have no idea how you all do it
@PaulWhite I still can't ping @RandiVertongen here but I have something to say to him :)
I'm not sure if you are referring to me for calling you FGITW (although I'm sure I'm not the person you respect the most in here). To be honest, I did purposely intervene in a few of your earlier answers and I do still think that you answered too quickly in the beginning.
That's not an issue though, everybody adapts and you did so very well. I remember pointing out an answer that was wrong a few times (on the same answer) and you researched the topic and corrected the answer. That's perfectly fine behaviour where a lot of people would just start arguing
Don't think those things happened to you specifically, I have been corrected on edits or flags or whatever in the beginning numerous times, and still am from time to time. And just like you, a lot of us needed to be guided by the more experienced folks
In short, I think you did fine and shouldn't think too much about what has been said in the past, things changed for the better and everybody noticed to the point where I think your answers are now expected to be of excellent quality by even the most senior users here

@TomV That's new yeah

I also had another question I would like @RandiVertongen to address
I have one question that I would like you to answer (I noticed too late to post it when the questions page was open). "Do you think your job at Microsoft publicly posted on your profile will in one form or another influence your ability to speak freely on a public forum if the role requires it?" — Tom V 2 mins ago

@TomV I had the same question.

@Johnakahot2use I'm assuming the moderator agreement, not the "role at microsoft" one

@TomV Yes. Exactly.

@PaulWhite Most of those articles are already valid for everybody's everyday login to the stack exchange network. Privacy, CoC, Use of network, liablility, waiver, class action suits, ...
