Q: solution to prioritize and failover dns server

Fermichem(My question is pretty straightforward. please attempt an answer only if you're absolutely sure about it) I've been using decrypt as a local DNS server listening on 192.168.9.160#53 which uses tor to commonalty hide my DNS traffic from the prying eyes of my ISP. there's a caveat though, sometimes...

We should just ignore that person, close their question, and delete it. They've clearly got some preferences that just do not mesh with this site, and they appear determined to hold those preferences tightly.
