How can I migrate my question to another SE site?

@user174174 assuming its off topic here and you can't migrate it yourself (by voting to close, and the site being on our shortlist), you can flag it

@Journeyman it's not off topic but there's a better chance to get an answer on linux SE. For this reason I wanted it to be moved for me by a mod , or myself if I could.

If there's no answer you can do that

if there's answers here - basically adding details like what linux or unix distro you're running, software versions and so on is a good idea
