Hi I just wanted to ask if there is a rule that tells that I should write a whole context of a question?

Since nobody seems to be online I will speak up...

I just got downvoted but I actaully don't know why. The question was clear I responded clearly and truthfully and 12 hours before the downvoter. A Mod then deleted my response. I don't need to hear sorry but if I crossed a rule I want to know :)

The guy just didn't know that there is another Library hidden in /System folder.

@MílaMrvík In general we discourage "speculative" answers - while the other answer has some of the same information - it goes beyond 'where it is' and 'what's needed to achieve what OP needs
