If you're the room owner, you can move messages to another room.

It is moot now - I've just mentioned this in case a similar situation crops up in the future.

When creating a room, in that dialog you are also offered a site to choose. I think that by default you get there the site which is the parent site of your chat user, which is Super User in your case.
